Who can ride an OHM?
OHM electric bicycles are easy to operate just like a normal bike and designed to be operated by a wide range of people. OHM recommends that riders be 16 years or older and weigh between 100 and 250 pounds.

How do OHM bicycles work?
OHM electric bikes incorporate an electric wheel motor, rechargeable battery and digital display that automatically read your pedaling effort and add power to your pedaling, according to the selected mode. Switch to generative mode and you can apply dynamic braking, recharge the battery while you ride and simulate slopes to function as a fitness machine.

OHM electric bicycle’s maximum speed in power mode is programmable and can be adapted to the local regulations of any country:

Can I use an OHM in different environments with different climates and terrains?
OHM electric bicycles operate in a wide variety of terrains and climate conditions. All electronic components including the control console, battery and electric motor are sealed to protect them from the environment. OHM electric bicycles are tested and able to withstand different temperatures and exposure to moisture.

What will happen if the batteries on my OHM become completely depleted?
With depleted batteries, your OHM will operate as a normal bicycle. You will need to plug the battery pack into an outlet and let it charge for at least three hours to reach a full charge.

How should I dispose of my old batteries from an OHM?
OHM recommends to take old batteries to the nearest recycling collection point. Please contact your local dealer or contact us directly to find the nearest location.

Can I charge my OHM in countries where the voltage is different from North America?
Yes, the battery charger is rated for voltage between 90 and 260V, and 50 to 60 Hz AC. You may have to connect an adaptor to the end of the power cord if the wall outlet is different from North America.

What kind of warranty does the OHM have?
OHM electric bicycles are guaranteed to the original purchaser for two years against manufacturer defects from date of purchase, except for the rechargeable battery which is guaranteed for one year.
