Marking
1. A reference to an OHM trademark should include the designation “®” (which indicates that the trademark has been registered). Example: “OHM® line of products are available now.”
2. Materials which refer to OHM trademarks should also include a footnote identifying the mark or marks and stating something to the effect that, for example, “OHM and the OHM Logo are the registered trademarks of OHM Cycles Ltd.”
