We have a 14 year old disabled daughter and require a special needs trailer to be towed, I live around hilly Lunenburg Nova Scotia, in the past I have always been able to share my love of cycling with her but in recent years, as we both got older, I found it harder and harder to get up the hills, I needed to do something before I had a heart attack.

This led me to look into electric assisted bikes but the ones I saw all looked like the electric assist was an add on, a second thought and obviously not well integrated, then by luck was on the BionX site and saw the OHM bikes, it had the look and options all integrated, was somewhat startled by the price but that quickly dissipated as nothing else I saw compared to it.

I am now able to climb the highest hills while towing my daughter with the same effort as if riding alone on my hybrid bike, I still get a workout but not one likely to kill me like before

Mostly used the OHM to tow my daughter but I soon realized that it was a great vehicle to run and do errands, I started going to the grocery store but a back pack was to small, then I bought a cargo trailer and now can haul most anything I would with a car.

I have about 800 Kms on it and still enjoy its comfort, looks and capability.

Santa will be bringing a XU700 for my wife
